Big Senior Boys Weekend Basketball Tournament

Friday and Saturday are going to be big days as Central Collegiate will be hosting their annual tournament.

It’s also the opportunity for local basketball enthusiasts to check out some tough teams not regularly seen in Moose Jaw.

Featuring two local teams - Central Cyclones and Peacock Toilers - the tournament will attract some top talent in the province.

Friday tips off with Central versus Melfort at 2:15 pm.

North Battleford Comprehensive High School will face Yorkton at 4 pm.

The Peacock Toilers go up against Prince Albert Carleton at 5:45 pm.

The final game of the night is 7:30 pm when Weyburn faces a tough Luther team.

Times and opponents for Saturday will be determined based up winning/losing in Friday’s four games.

Cost to attend the tournament is $7 for a day pass or $10 for a two day tournament pass.

There will be a small concession on site.
