A look at the case of former Constable Alan Murdock who is presently fighting his termination from the Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) in light of recent revelations in a CBC news report.

In many ways confidence and trust has been shaken in the MJPS and with the upcoming appeal of his termination the former constable's case seems to be a no win situation for the MJPS.
