Fresh off the success of Moose Jaw Comedy Jam’s last venture with Comedy by Bubs, booker/promoter Garrett DeLaurier is at it again. This time he will be hosting a pair of comedians: Johnny Pogo and Jarvis Zawatsky.

Johnny Pogo is a big guy, who is not afraid to get dark. He is currently touring around Canada, performing shows at Comedy Clubs and Brewhouses.

Jarvis Zawatsky is Sask native. Born in Saltcoats, he fashioned his comedic chops while living in Yorkton. He’s pretty serious about this comedy stuff. He even dropped out of college to pursue it. He worked with Lawnchair Laughs out of Saskatoon; doing backyard shows and has guest hosted a Yuk Yuk’s event and submitted a possible TV spot for the Winnipeg Comedy Festival.

DeLaurier himself will be hosting, telling some jokes, giving out prizes and acting as a “show-warmer”.

Kick off the summer with cold cocktails and hearty laughs.
